• Some enter their University email address as their username. Usernames are not the email address. Make sure you are entering your username without "@uarts.edu" at the end.
• You may be entering the incorrect username.
• Make sure the username is all lowercase and password is correct.

Students are provided a username and password in the packet mailed after submitting an enrollment deposit.

Username: Typically, your username is your first initial and last  name. Ex: The username for John Doe could be jdoe. If this  combination is already taken, the first letter of your middle name or  subsequent letters of your first name may be added after your first  initial.

Password: For first-time logins, your password is your 6-digit  birthday and the last 4 digits of your social security number  (MMDDYYSSSS). International students without a social security number,  use your 6-digit birthday plus 4 "L"'s in lowercase.
