Library Services for Alumni
Updated onArticleAlumni library privileges are for borrowing and access only. Alumni do not have off-campus access to the UArts Libraries subscription databases (i.e., anything that requires a log-in), and may not use interlibrary loan service or carry overdue fines. Alumni with an alumni ID (see below) may enter the library any time it's open.

Will the VPN work after I graduate?
Updated onArticleAccess to the VPN will be removed for alumni after graduation. In some cases the VPN will still work after graduating, but access will be removed after a few months.

How do I get an unofficial or official transcript?
Updated onArticle- For unofficial transcripts, please log into Student Self Service with your UArts portal credentials.

How long will I keep the Spotify, Hulu or SHOWTIME discount?
Updated onArticleYou’ll continue to get access to Premium Student with Hulu and SHOWTIME for up to 12 months from the date you subscribed, while the services are available. To remain subscribed, students can re-verify their eligibility once every 12 months, for a maximum of 3 additional 12 month periods. If you cannot re-verify at the end of any 12 month period, you’ll no longer be eligible for Premium Student.

What happens to my access to software when I graduate?
Updated onArticleAccess to software will be removed after graduation. There may an instance where some retain access after graduation but this is brief and access will be removed later in the summer. Please do not expect continued access to software.

Will I still have access to Autodesk Maya?
Updated onArticleThe University does not provide access to Maya. Autodesk controls the access. Students get free one-year educational access to Autodesk products and services, renewable as long as you remain eligible. Students will need to provide proof to Autodesk that they are currently enrolled.

AVID Software License Transfer
