Do I keep my UArts Google Account?
Updated onArticleUnlimited ongoing access to the Google suite will be provided as long as Google continues to provide that to us for free. We will alert all alumni using Google via their Google email address of any changes down the road.
We highly advise all graduating students to save or move important files off the University drive to a personal storage solution. Any important emails should be saved or forwarded to a personal account. Accounts using your Uarts email should be moved to a personal email.

This allows you and the tech, or techs, working on your request to communicate about it and helps ensure that the request does not get lost or forgotten

Suspicious Email Policy
Updated onArticle- Verify sender address by hovering mouse over sender address to see actual sending address.
- Do not respond to requests for personal information or click on any links or attachments in the message.
- Notify Help Desk by sending the message to them for analysis.
- Forward the message to [email protected]
- If you responded or clicked on a link, the Help Desk must be made aware of this.
- Delete the suspicious message.

How do I use University software off campus?
Updated onArticleTo use software obtained from the Self Service application off the UArts network, you will need to launch the Global Protect VPN client and log in with your UArts log in credentials. After you log into the VPN you will then be able to use any of the university software obtained from Self Service off campus.
