What do I do when I need help when the Help Desk is closed?

  • Check self help site to see if you can resolve the issue on your own.
  • Email us at helpdesk@uarts.edu with a description of your problem including  any information we might need, location, operating system, time of  issue, etc.
  • Leave us a voicemail with your name, number and a short description of your problem. 215-717-6677
