Why does my Adobe software say it's unlicensed?

We did a license refresh in mid-August of 2023—all students and faculty should be back in our system.

Please attempt the instructions below to relicense your products, and if you continue having issues, submit a Helpdesk ticket or visit us at the Helpdesk in Terra Hall, Floor 8, Room 802.

1. Log out and then log back into the Adobe Creative Cloud program.

2. Select UArts (or AICUP) as your storage and profile option (not "personal") after your sign-in attempt if it presents you with those options.

If you choose "personal" your Adobe products and services will not be licensed.

That's it! After selecting UArts (or AICUP) you're all set to continue using your UArts licensed Adobe products.

We strongly recommend saving your Adobe files locally (and not in Adobe's cloud).
