How do I change or reset my password?

Password changes can be done through the login page of the portal or through the Onelogin MFA website. We recommend the Onelogin method over the portal method.

Resetting your password in Onelogin

1. Head to uarts.onelogin.com

Head to Onelogin through this link: uarts.onelogin.com

2. Click on "Forgot Password"

3. Enter your Uarts username

Your username is the first part of your email without @uarts.edu example: jsmith001

4. Confirm your method of authentication

This will be the method you use to confirm your account via 2FA. Whether you accept a notification through the Onelogin app, enter a code from Google Authenticator or SMS, or answer your security questions.

This example, the user has three different factors to confirm their account. Their primary and two back up accounts. The Primary will be the first option. You can always add more factors as back-ups through onelogin.

5. Enter your new password

Enter a new unique password that will be used for all Uarts sites and logging into lab desktops.

We recommend passwords use upper and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols. That the length of the password should be at least 12 characters(not just the minimum)

6. Once you confirm the new password you are all set.

Resetting your password through the Portal

1. Visit the portal at mycampus.uarts.edu

2. Select "Reset Password".

3. Enter your UArts username.

Your full UArts email address is not your username.


Example: John Smith's username is jsmith. It would not be [email protected]

4. Answer the password reset questions to verify your identity.

This information was set when you first logged in. OTIS does not keep a record of what these answers are. If you do not recall the answers reach out to the helpdesk for a password reset.

5. Enter your new password.

Password must follow the required format below:

  • At least 8 Characters long. **We recommend 12 or more
  • 1 Uppercase
  • 1 numerical number.
  • 1 of the following symbols,  ! @ # $ % ^ & * ( )

6. You have now changed or reset your password.
