Suspicious Email Policy

When something suspicious comes through email:

  1. Verify sender address by hovering mouse over sender address to see actual sending address.
  2. Do not respond to requests for personal information or click on any links or attachments in the message.
  3. Notify Help Desk by sending the message to them for analysis.
  4. If you responded or clicked on a link, the Help Desk must be made aware of this.
  5. Delete the suspicious message.
