When something suspicious comes through email:
- Verify sender address by hovering mouse over sender address to see actual sending address.
- Do not respond to requests for personal information or click on any links or attachments in the message.
- Notify Help Desk by sending the message to them for analysis.
- Forward the message to email@example.com
- If you responded or clicked on a link, the Help Desk must be made aware of this.
- Delete the suspicious message.
